As a full-time coach and personal trainer with 17+ years of experience across a wide variety of team and individual sports--from soccer to cheer-leading to Tae Kwon Do, my emphasis since 2014 has been endurance sports. My true passion.

I'm all about positive, consistent connection to the whole athlete. In short, I'm all about good guidance.
